BILD Exercise Clinic is a specialized exercise clinic aimed at providing quality care with compassion to various lifestyle disorders including pain, posture, obesity, Type 2 Diabetes and physical fitness. It is founded by Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital in Pune. We are not engaged in any kind of pharmacological (drug) interventions ever. Our primary intervention modalities include consultation, counselling, home-based exercises, fitness centre-based exercises, education and proper prescription of exercise regimes. We are also backed up by a team of scientists working in the sector of exercise and health. Our team has published two books on the subject of exercise, evolution, health and diabetes
