He has completed MBBS from the prestigious Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital in Mumbai. Then he completed his MS Ophthalmology Degree from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi (consistently ranked among the top 5 best institutes for Ophthalmology in India). He spent three more years at the same institute, specialising in Cataract and Vitreoretinal Surgeries. He worked in the National Health Service of the United Kingdom for 5 years, where he completed a fellowship in Retina and Uveitis at Bristol University Hospital, UK, and worked as a Consultant Surgeon there.
His areas of specialty include medical and surgical retina, lasers, and cataract surgeries. He also conducts consultations for general ophthalmology conditions.
